2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival:

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

b. Incorrect Item Delivered

If the item you received is not what you ordered:

c. Product Not as Described

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

d. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe:

  • You may request a full refund if the delay exceeds 15 business days beyond the expected delivery date, provided the delay is not due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

10. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@shopidash.shop with your request and photos if applicable.

Once your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement after receiving the original product (if required).
